Barry has worked a lifetime in the world of finance.
Through sales, marketing, product development and analysis, he moved into Strategy and Governance.
Along the way Barry has acted on Cross Industry Committee, notably on DB Pension Transfers; become the moral judge for a leading provider on transfers; built fund ranges for pensions and bonds; acted as a business negotiator between providers and major Advice companies: planned, built and delivered polices and products and achieved high management levels at both Financial Advisors and Product Providers.
Along the way, Barry has acquired a wealth of experience and knowledge which he now shares through his role as a Compliance and Business Consultant. This is bolstered through a long and developed relationship with regulators from PIA to FCA and an understanding of how working with the regulator can benefit the Advisor.
Looking forward, Barry runs his own, growing, Consultancy and is working, at FSW, with colleagues he has a strong relationship with, and a high respect for.
